Hello! We are hoping to make use of a new plugin to improve (or dictate) the look of some of our website content when it is shared on social media.

It doesn’t appear to be working – because when I had it enabled, it just kept grabbing the same image, a logo, for sharing posts. I thought once configured properly there would be an addition to our editor and other features that could guide me as I put articles together and prepare them for sharing.
► I am unable to get this plug in operating, I believe it is because I am unable to add code into the HTML tag of my template file? The instructions provide this code: xmlns:og="http://ogp.me/ns#"
xmlns:fb="http://ogp.me/ns/fb#"

And the instructions read: "Add by yourself code from this field into HTML tag of your template (file: templates/your_template/index.php)"

I do wish there were more-detailed instructions on how to properly set up this plugin, because I do not believe the Open Graph meta data can be inserted into a Joomlah website without having the same exact thing pop up; that’s where this plug in comes in handy.

Hello Pankaj! So, I spoke with our Computer Systems chief and he said to ask you if you could give me your Public IP Address – he said he will use this IP Address to allow you access through the firewall so that you can access the back end of the website. Hello. My IT chief says he cannot open the website up to the entire country of India. He is asking that you send the IP address of the computer workstation that you would use? You could search Google for "what is my IP address" and that number would work for him? Thanks very much for your help!

My current IP is 106.192.161.137
Is dynamic and change randomly so if you can provide full access i can check your site.
Beside i suggest you contact the 3rd party extension for how to use the extension on Joomla site.
