Did you not get my PM regarding this?
It seems that as well as some DB entries in your case there were also a couple of XML files hanging around. When I remove them the J updater didn;t give those entries. Personally I would not worry about it.

No impact at all. Yes, we could remove all the xml files and remove the dbase entries but it would just IMHO be a wasted bit of effort.
I would like to know where in the joomla files and/or database do I delete the jaupdater.jat3 entries. It appears in the plugin list but I could not delete it since the xml file is missing.
I really need to delete this plugin manually. Please help. Thanks in advance.
