Hi I have problem in template in my IE here is what my page looks like

and I WANT to user A flash header in the top instead of the existing images , HOW TO DO THAT?

i TRY before but the MENU falls behinde the flash header and become unaccessible ? WHY?

i use ja_mageia_1.5_quickstart as it is – NO Plugins No Extra Modules Standards installation

Please answer my question as soon as possible .
