I have the same problem. Works fine with Chrome, Safari and Firefox but issues with IE 11 as described.

You can try with this tweak:

• Open the file : modules/mod_jaimagehotspot/assets/js/script.js

• Change

top: initial;

To

top: auto;

at line: 91 and 138
