Hello together,
first let me say that your templates are really great.
Please excuse my perhaps dumb questions as i am still new to Joomla and template stuff.
I played a lot with the templates in your showcase before decided to get a paid membership. As the Pollux template together with the Dropline menu looked really fantastic here i am now with a few questions on this.
Please take a look at the attached picture.
that one i have taken from your demo showcase while playing with it.
somehow there looks to be a bug somewhere. while clicking between layouts and menu options i got this menu design after clicking on the Dropline Menu Option. And yet this one was the point that i said THATS exactly the menu functoinality i want.
But here is my problem. i dont find any setting in the template to get this Menu exactly as on that picture.
Is there a bug in the template or am i doing anything wrong ?
i unpublished the Main Menu, set the Menu Option to 4 and the layout to blue.
The menu shows up also the submenu on the right place. but the blue background and the selector icons are totally others.
Even i cant find any documentation or help which module position is the top module to try some other menu’s ?
Is it possible to have this running together with mod_mainmenu_ml from JoomFish so i can have this menu translated in different languages ???
Hopefully someone can help me on this.
Regards

November 25, 2006 at 12:40 pm #212018really strange..
solved the most things now on my own.
added an width:100%; to the ..contentheading section and now its fitting perfect in Firefox and IE.
I also found my blue menu.
Its No.1 The Split Menu 😉 really funny..
wouldnt it be possible to have that blue background in the dropline menu ? have to take a look. or perhaps someone has a quick solution on this as i also like the hover effect of the dropline menu.
great so now i only would need to know if that one works together easy with joomfish or do i need to add some php logic to switch the menu based on the language ?
Regards
