Guys, I’ve purchased your product and your support service (I assume it was included as well) and published a thread on 6/30 with title: How to change color of each child menu item SEPARATELY?

Not only I didn’t get ANY REPLIES to this thread, but also I did not get any Support help either. (It’s been viewed 14 times but no answer!) I’ve also submitted a ticket for this problem as well.

Is there anything I’m doing wrong while publishing the thread or do you really have a poor support as indicated in some other threads?? :confused:

I hope I’m doing something wrong with publishing the threads and did not pay for a poor service.

When you have a problem that nobody replies in, it can be very helpfull to thread bump it.
