All,

If I use the Popup Preview under The Wall Template, I get an error on the load.

See attached…

It does not complete the loading of the page. This is a HUGE bummer!

Does anyone have a fix for this? I had to turn it off as I was getting user after user screen shoting me the problem.

Can you post a URL (or a stealth URL) so we can see what you mean from our browsers?

What browser(s) are you using to experience this problem?

Wish I could… I had to turn it off to keep my site running. I did provide a screen shot of the issue. It loads for about 2 in and then stops… I was flooded with emails so I had to discontinue it.

I can tell you it with all the browsers: IE, FF, Chrome, Opera, no matter the browser the problem just kept manifesting.

At first I thought it was the cache… nope… shut it all down, still the same issue.

I then decided to see if it was a plugin… I only have two plugins outside of what was provided to me via the demo installer.

It was dishearten to be honest…. my folks really liked the popup thing…

Thanks for the response man… I’ll turn it back on if needed but my site is un-usable if I do.

Hi smoker65,

When did this problem happen?
I do not think it is happen from the beginning. Did you just install any 3rd extensions recently?

Please pm any information so that I can help you.

You can also try to disabled one by one 3rd extensions (if you have any) to see it work again.
