On the site the popup boxes are disappearing under the header area how can I move them?

Hi

Could you enable pointers so that I can see the issue? I go to that page http://192.232.204.61/~dunbarto/index.php/2013-09-16-14-46-25/us-agents.html but don’t see any pointer on the map.
