The extensions in beta will be only for Joomla 1.5.

When could we expect the final versions for Joomla 1.0??
And why do you skip betas for 1.0? This sounds like asking for problems .

Why can we read the text below in the Highslide documentation??
For Joomla! 1.0
Step 1:
– Choose Mambots->Site Mambots and click on Highslide for Joomla! 1.0.xStep 2:
– Set Enable to Yes.
– Select your desire Outline Type default in dropdown box. For example: rounded-white, rounded-black, beveled, no border, etc…
– You have option to show/hide credit text in HighSlideCredit option
– You can change Loadding Text to anything you want or leave it emty to disable:confused::confused::confused:
Who knows and is willing to tell the real story ???

I hope they will not leave the error testing of the Beta again to members and Moderators — same old problem. I know you mean well but if Joomlart staff do not participate, it shows much about their attitude.
Hung has not answered my clarifications either, nor responded to tthe bugs I raised.

July 14, 2008 at 12:33 am #259553The JA Staff are all usually gone on the weekends. Better hope for a Monday response. The moderators will not be able to help with these extensions. It will need to be done by developers for these brand new beta products.

Since the answer i gave seems to be incorrect i have no clue why i was told so?
There seems to be a huge lack of communication around here since i got one answer late last week and today there are in testing phase.
So can Hung or kasxho please tell me what the heck is going on around here?1 user says Thank You to Menalto for this useful post

July 15, 2008 at 7:26 am #259828I just attempted to download the beta extensions and got the PERMISSION DENIED error. I guess they are now longer allowing downloads either.

Don’t let their policy bog you down in terms of your “other plans”, follow your own ideas and I think things will sort out on their own. If you know what I mean.
I would not be able to work in the environment that they put you into. And, the worst part is that you get blamed by clueless customers, thinking that you are the face of Joomlart, since you are the most visible.
