February 16, 2014 at 7:03 am #194832I use latest Joomla, latest template and latest Phoca Gallery component. When full size, detail view of images are displayed (I set Phoca to use Highslide image processor) the width of image is correct only in Chrome. In Firefox and Internet Explorer right after display the image width gets smaller with approx.10-15%. Is this a template, browser or Phoca Gallery Issue?
Here is one sample link: http://pofagyalu.hu/images/phocagallery/csalad/andras/1309_andras_002.jpg
The problem is visible much better if you advance from one image to another by clicking the next button.
Could somebody please help me? Thank you.Ninja Lead ModeratorNinja Lead

February 17, 2014 at 1:57 pm #523017Hi,
Could you please check again? Thank you. Additional info for this issue. Original image size is 900×600 pixel size. When displayed in Chrome in full size everything OK, when displayed in Firefox and Explorer the width (only the with) gets resized without ratio

February 18, 2014 at 9:22 am #523173I tried to access the image of you mentioned and URL below:
http://pofagyalu.hu/images/phocagallery/csalad/andras/1309_andras_002.jpg
and
However, I got the error “This web page is not available”
Could you check again. I guess your site gives limited access which prevents me from loading such urls.

February 18, 2014 at 11:49 am #523207Oops, the site is online and my friends are visiting it without any problem. Obviously they are in the same country. At first I thought that admintools geographic blocking could be the guilty and after I disabled it I was hoping that the problem will disappear. I disabled some other firewall functions. Would you be so kind and check again ? Afterward I do not know what to do.

February 19, 2014 at 3:22 am #523319I could not access URL of your site above. I had to use webproxy instead, see the screenshot:
I’m afraid I could not help the problem on Phoca Gallery component. Please contact the component developer, you will get better answer.

February 19, 2014 at 6:21 pm #523472Hi Ninja Lead, I do not expect to help me with Phoca gallery component, but I wanted to know which part of my site is responsible for this issue. By using webproxy could you check the issue I was explaining? In your opinion is Phoca responsible or this is only a guess? Thank you.

February 20, 2014 at 3:54 am #523554You can find from JA Mitius template some css files (in this templates/ja_mitius/css path) to work with responsive layout: megamenu-responsive.css, navigation-responsive.css, template-responsive.css, template-responsive.min.css, typo-responsive.css.
I’m not sure about responsive support of Phoca Gallery component.

July 17, 2014 at 6:54 am #542713Hi,
I tried and I tried but not found any good explanation to this problem still today. One thing is sure which I have never mentioned: when I use standard Joomla template such as Beez3 there is no problem with the display. Could you have one more try to find what happens? As I said in Chrome everthiny is OK, all other browsers display the width smaller than in reality. Thanks a lot.
