Hellow!

I have enabled pop View in general template settings, but if i link feautured article from the home page with another article it looks like the popup widnows is not showing.

The content is OK, i can see the facebook integration, article content, print and email icon, but I cannot see “next”, “prev”, and “close” buttons.

any idea?

Did you install any 3rd party extension into your site? or you may custom some content type of com_content which make the popup doesn’t work with these types. Because as you can see in the gallery content type, the popup is still working fine; http://prntscr.com/36mjy6

Yes I see, it’s working fine.

Is it possible that the popup window is not working because i’m relating let’s say “about elevelo” article that is on the top right corner of the web page to article “about Elevelo content”?

Do you have any 3rd party extension installed in your site? or did you customize com_content of this template? It may effect the popup of article with ‘text’ content type.

Currently, the popup is not working and the image has linked directly to article: http://89.212.85.110/e/index.php/9-english/uncategorised/14-about-elevelo-content

I have tabs GK5 from Gavick PRO, but this was happening before i installed this plugin…

i had the same issue..

Its caused by customized head.php in tpls folder..

have you edited head.php file?
