For all of you Intelligent out there…..

How is it possible to modify the popup page when a visitor clicks on a banner. Currently it is set at 780 by 550. Where do I change the settings so that when clicking on the banner you get a smaller popup window??

Not really sure, i get a new page when click the banner.
But what you could do was to add a custom banner code in a module positions with your settings as you want it.
