I download the popup_anywhere plugin, i need help for configuration.
I want it to pop only when you first go to the site like the alloween animation that we have on joomlart

It easy to config
Click into plugin ->
you will see an option ‘Select article link’ just select the welcome article you created before
on “Show when?” option please choose cookies or session.
