Hello

1: how to change the portfolio masshead titile to "products"

You will need to edit your portfolio menu item and change text from there ( img below )

2: how to add text (product name )below each product image or in the image?

You will need to have the showing article title set to SHOW

I changed it and now titles are showing correctly
