How do I show only one module in position2 ?

Hi
You can just open the Module manager > and Unpublish the Module . At this time it seems you already removed the module on your site .

I put module that contain transparent picture. But not working on mobile phone.

I do not understand the purpose of this module
You added a custom html module and a pic > http://prntscr.com/ck2332
You can hide the module for the small view , using module suffix
hidden-xs hidden-sm
