I created a new color theme through theme magic, than i went to use the assignment section and just checked the home menu.. and right after that i havnt been able to put my default position layout to its original place.. please help..

Position 13, 20, 21, 22 and 23 dosen’t show on the front home page…
and position 6 is shown all the way to the right…

I tried to reset all layout position and nothing is going back to normal… please help…

Are you trying to re-intall it, right? since when I access your site, it directs me to installation steps.

Yeah i had to re-installed…. It again…. Needed to finish it up…. Now i am having issue with using the magic theme in the template section… Everytime i try to create a new color theme it freezes…
Please let me know… I think this quick package has issues…

I tried to change color, size via ThemeMagic and it still worked. Pls describe step by step to reproduce that error

Go to your template setting. then go to Layout tab – Then click on layout and then home layout. Save and check. I did this and it worked. But now my articles won’t show in the other pages.
Any fix for the articles to show up?

The home layout doesn’t include mainbody block so that it doesn’t show content. An it is currently assigned to Home style only: http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/511/7912971695.png
If you want to use this home layout in other page, you can add mainbody block like in above thread, or you can assign other style in template manager to other pages.

No.. I had to re-install the complete site…. this template has several issues.. i never had any issues with any template from here… but this one does…
I have to fully agree here, the template setup and changes are VERY confusing, either a good video or a redesign of the way it works is needed badly, i am quite seasoned in creating templates and adjusting them in joomla, but this is really ‘ThemeMagic’ but in a very bad way. Hope the developers read this and will take these comments on this template seriously, because if this continues with all the new templates we will stop our developer license.
