Hi there,

We used template Edenite for a customer and the site is online several weeks, but suddenly since yesterday the modules which are placed in position “left”, “footer” and “user 1-6” are invisible.
Index.php of the template is not reacting as we for example make the background in color black. The modules are published, but not showing.

Can somebody tell me what the problem is?

Do you have a live URL?

Have you installed a 2nd Joomla site anywhere on the server?

True about the css, but we have also put some hardcoded text en coloured cells which also do not show up on the site.

PM your index.php file to one of the senior moderators on here or use the Premium Email support and they may be able to diagnose the problem…

Can you disable the “Ultimate Content Display” Module that’s on the Right position and see if left position works?

<div id=”ja-col1″> (the left column) is in the page script but it’s after the right column and I think the UCD module is messing it up.
