Hello

I am trying to setup position mega but i confused. I read some theads but nothing happend.

I want in the mega menu to place k2_login, a subcribe module, k2_comment and to show with pics like your demo template.

Please help me. My site is http://www.sportorama.gr/sport_v2

Hi Mixalis . .

I am not 100% clear on what it is you are trying to accomplish …. are you trying to add K2 modules within one of your mega menu dropdown boxes? As I do not read or understand the language your site is in – which menu item are you trying to work with?

P.S. – May I ask when your JA membership expired? Do you have any plans to re-join us? 🙂

Hi mpiper,

Please use the username and password with which you have purchased the JATC membership, so that it will be easier for us to support you, and you can take the advantage of being a paid member..

For your current problem, I have created a menu container called topmega, which should contain the menu items you want to display in mega position. Now you can see the Login menu item on the extreme right on the navigation area.

Currently the menu item has class ‘nav-member’, it wont show any image, since the styling is not defined for it as it is in the demo template.

To define the styling for nav-member, open your template.css file and find styling for say ‘nav-blog’, copy – paste it in the same file, and replace nav-blog with nav-member.

Then upload the icon for login link in templates/your_template/images folder, this is where the icon-blog.png etc files are placed.

Thanks a lot. How can i publish k2_comment in second column ? I set in menu Login column =2 but i get an error when the webpage loads.

Know i have a problem with top-bar. The titles are in a mess. see the attach photo.

Hi,

The problem is solved. Please check the new menu items created and the changes done in existing menu item in the ‘topmega’ menu container.

Edit your template.css, on line no 668, there is the following code

Change width:380px to width:500px

I have almost the same issue… I have this custom html module that I want to place next to the login at the mega position…. In the demo next to the login you have a module showing the lastest comments right? Well I want to place a different module there… I tried assigning the module to the mega position but it doesnt show… What am I doing wrong? :((
