When I try to add or edit a Article……. I got a big problem with the position of the USER %, USER 6, LEFT, and RIGTH. They go to the bottom of the page… I need help ass soom ass posible.

That has happened to me a couple of times chichen and it was related to the position of the “read more” insert. Try moving that a bit lower down in the text and see if it cures it.
