Hi, I installed ja_comment for J17 and all of its addons. After I installed it, I happened to check Joomla’s “updates” tab in the backend, and got “this” error.

Update: :Collection: Could not open http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/list.xml/update.xml

Can you fix this please?

Hello Coalition,

To resolve this issue, please open the xml manifest files of our extensions, find if they contain this code snippet

<updateservers>
<server type="collection">http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/list.xml
</server>
</updateservers>

Then replace them with this one (remove white spaces after list.xml):

<updateservers>
<server type="collection">http://update.joomlart.com/service/tracking/list.xml</server>
</updateservers>
