A recent client site I’ve deployed uses JA K2 Filter/Search for their extensive list of speaker profiles.

The problem we have is that if someone searches on an exact name only one result shows, which the user needs to click on.

Is there something I can do to make searches with only one result, automatically redirect to the item rather than the ‘list of one’ search result?

I am sorry, this wont be possible, not without extensive customization of code. Let me know if there is something else i can help you with.
