    It Seems that you can only post one comment and then when you try to add another comment it says email already exists. I allowed comments to be added without registering, so I think this could be part of the issue?

    In this case please contact JoomlaWorks ( K2 provider ) about your issue.
    I’m sorry but it’s none JA issue.

    For make sure you can switch back to default Joomla! template and check if still same.
