June 5, 2008 at 12:02 pm #129334Whilst I realise that linking back to this place is great promotion the links to “Powered by JA Highslide” are one of the major tunoffs by our site pre testers with this forum
One such comment was
<blockquote>
Whilst the templage/widget developer may wish to have his site linked it is most confusing and very unprofessional. I see the site has a colophone page refrencing all the attributes of the site and who developed what, including the template designer. The site visitors couldn’t care less about this, get rid of that link or get rid of the widgets that have Highslide links on them. </blockquote>
I like the functionality but from the site users view I tend to agree with the testers comments, may be my language woldn’t be so blunt 😉
Can we some how remove that dreaded link?Been checking but I’m figuring it is in the obsuficated code somewhere.
Thanks

June 11, 2008 at 10:07 pm #253153Check out line 70 on public_html/templates/ja_teline_ii/index.php . Change true to false… and this should do it for you. This is how I got it to work for us.

Hi nguoiabcd,
This is a generic (common) to all images though. Is it possible for example for me to place specific links (to an article, section, category, etc.) to each image?
Thanks.
