I will not respond to any particular person, have very little more to say about it. If you reply anymore to this thread, I will not reply back.

1) I went ahead and paid the template hostage fee of 40USD to remove your precisous links.
2) I do belong to other template clubs “Rockettheme” and have since Andy started it. They don’t do business like you people do expecting you to input your domain, charge to remove the links, add bots, robots, or chase people all over the web etc.. so on. I didn’t enjoy at all even reading it in your beloved terms of use.
3) You keep saying that there are no bots or robots being used when the site explicity says there are.
4) I do know open source and it’s model. So regarless of your attempts to say otherwise, I don’t use proprietary software in any form unless absolutely pushed to do so.
5) I am the host. I don’t allow Ironcube installs, nor would it be supported within our network or any servers that are operated under our domains.
6) Yes, I downloaded the templates. That is what the site is for. Some are duplicates. But most all of them will be installed on a single domain and tested.

Bots or Robots, ironcube, paying to remove links off the templates, having to input your domains to the service.. sounds pretty microsoftish to me. However, I’m refused my refund once again, so I paid the 40.00USD template hostage fee as you wished.

If Rockettheme did this, I wouldn’t be part of their service either. And I’ll never sign up for this service again or renew my membership to this club. So enjoy me while you can. However they do not, and I’ve been with them since they started in 2005. They don’t charge to remove links either. I just thought I would try another template club.

So keep on keeping on, and don’t fret when someone thinks your service and how you handle it is petty. For all I care, encode all of your php. Encode all of your templates. But don’t expect hosts to support it. I sure won’t.

Uless you have altered your sites documentation, it expressly stated that bots/robots were included that somehow reports back to your sites. That or you send out bots to review. I didn’t just make this up out of thin air. This is what you had on your site when I read it’s documentation. Not sure exactly what all it means, but it did warn that there is included robot detection schemes for whatever reason. And someone else I mentioned it to said that there are a few template designers doing this now. So before you start banning everyone, read your own site documentation. If it’s not there, it was removed.

Go Microsoft. Bot, robot, I don’t care what you call it. “Copyright infringement detection robot”? For template designs? Your going to send your robot to make sure that no one else is stealing? Exactly how by pounding on my ports is this going to prevent me from removing all the code, give away freely the works and so on? And exactly how is your robot going to determine if a site is indeed licensed or not? What code will your templates be evaluated on that a bot or robot would be sniffing for? What code exactly is being advertised on Google that your robots or bots would be reporting on? Personally if you can detect that I am using your template by a google search, something is terribly wrong.

And yet other peoples code is being used in your designs? Open, and free code? Code that must have express permission to even use in commercial works? Makes me sick to my stomach.

To whom reading, remember something. These posts can be altered at anytime. With all the childish threats of banning a person flying around from these kid moderators, well.. you get the point.

Well after reading all of that and all your other posts, let us hope your next post is a little apology to everyone you have upset and offended, because trust me people have pretty long memories and you WILL need help at some point with all those templates you have downloaded.

Would be a very good idea to try and keep the people who are offering you help on side! 😉

We dont change policies or text without informing the Members and always give sufficient duration for the changes to take effect. I strongly disagree with your statement. Last time we changed our template release frequency, we gave a full year duration for its effect, so that no member gets less than what he paid for.

You altered your own post, without leaving edit remarks, we dont do that here. To ban someone is the worst and hardest decision to make, which it seems you are not in a position to understand.

First of all, We are no Kids, nor are we paid for Mod status, we are helpers and we help, Bennitos was trying to help you when you tried to blast him off with unkind words, he was kind enough to ban only for two days. You should appreciate that. As Instantinlaw rightly said, you deserved more than 2 days of ban for such behaviour.

You are always welcome to air your views, we respect everyone’s opinion. Also, feel free to raise for problems faced with JA templates. We shall try our best to help you.

On the other note, your one year, might end up in exile, if you wish to continue this tone and attitude now on….

To be precise, here is the status of your issues :

1. No Refund, you know the reasons, very well explained above by my colleagues.
2. Any further critical remarks about JA and mods (without proper justification), shall result in suspension of forum support for you. You shall have to rely purely on JA official Support for your issues.
3. Your childishness has attracted almost all the mods to this thread. The only mod left is Miccas, who shall not give any reason and shall remove your forum privileges without warning.

Bottom Line : Watch out your tone and words, with the kind of unwarranted words used by you so far, I dont care what you are, what you did, where you from, what you paid, with what club you were and 25 years of unruly behaviour (i presume). we are tolerant coz we respect our members. We genuinely do. To ban again or to restrict your privileges would be tragic and disheartening step, which i wont regret in your case. but you are leaving us no option.

and inspite of all these derogatory remarks by him, blaming JA and us. He downloaded 6 more files today. Totaling to 240 fles in 13-15 days.

240? I’ve only downloaded 70 or so and all but 3 of those downloads have only been to support others.

It is fortunate that Arvind and Bennitos have been tolerant of your attitude. If JA was my company you would have been banned a long time ago.

From day one you have been abusive of those that have tried to assist you. Had you accepted that help and replied in the manner they they deserve you could be enjoying your time here. Instead you are just wasting both our time and yours.

You then go on to to make comments that in my honest opinion would be considered libelous. Do you have conclusive evidence to back up those accusations? No? Thought not!

As for your comments regarding JA templates including code sending back info to JA… I think that is your own paranoia. What JA and many other script producers do is simply use a search engine to look for their code. There is simply no need to include anything in their scripts. It is a pointless waste of time and is often just something made up by pirate websites to make you think their “NULLED” versions are better than anyone else’s.

You then go on to say JA have removed some important information about this in their Ts&Cs. More unjustified poppycock from you I am afraid. Any intelligent person if they really believed that would check. As I am sure you are aware, the internet is a clever thing and various people take snapshots of sites pages for prosperity amongst other reasons. Comparing Googles snapshot of the terms and conditions page on the 7th October to the current one you will see no changes whatsoever. Or do you think JA have the power to influence the Google cache?

What I suggest is that you take it all on the chin. You are an intelligent and outspoken individual who has obviously become riled. Why not sit back, take a breather and enjoy what you have got for your small amount of dollars. You have some great stuff in your 240 downloads. Make the most of it. If in the future you get stuck and require support, come back but next time be polite. I am certain that if you do, someone will help you.

Whatever you do, take heed of Arvind’s advice.
