    Hello,

We are a World of Warcraft Guild that thinking in become member here, and i just need some answers in some questions, hope we can get them soon,

We are intrested in buying http://template15.joomlart.com/ja_sanidine/ and change it a bit in our needs.

    1) This template, has 2 main upper modules, Topsl1 and Topsl2 that used to display the Slideshow you have there and Latest News. If we set in this position, to display a single module (we have Slideshow Pro bought and worked with it the last years), will then this module cover all the space there? (i mean is this do-able?)

    2) The background of the template, is http://template15.joomlart.com/ja_sanidine/templates/ja_sanidine/images/background/gaming.jpg. I assume that if we design a different one for our needs can be implemented there. The question is, can we have a template chooser there, and have more than one image created, and then the users choose what they like? Can we find help to do this, through your community here? Our coding knowledge is limited though. If the reply is no, can we have it maybe from you, with extra cost? If the answer is yes though, will be superb 🙂

Also on this, if we become members, can we have the psd of the template, so we can alter properly the background?(mainly replacing the images)

    3) Regarding to question 2 again, what is the after sales support to your members? Sorry to ask but we have tasted till now Membership to Shape5, Rocketheme, Gavick, Yootheme and all these companies LACK in support. There are weeks before a post have been answered. Do you have for example any ticketsystem for customer support or we will weeks to get an answer through the forums and the answer will be some typical? Sorry if offend anyone, just ask to be sure.

    4) Is it do-able to change the grey color of the template? Apparently for the background is easy, but for the other elements, is something that can be done? We are ok with the color, just asking.

    5) In the upper menu, we noticed there is no support for moo menu and etc except a menu that loads in the Layout option. Is that all? Can be implemented somehow, so it can have a menu with secondary options?

Thats all, sorry if i asked many question, we have a template the last 1.5 year, and thinking to make a fresh change, just asking to see if we can have all we want 🙂

Yes you are right you can put in your own background. To make a template chooser so you can select wich background will be a bit more work but im quite sure it is possible. Im possitve that you can achief this with help on the forum.

There are several ways to get support, one of them is the “premium support” wich is indeed a ticket system all paying members have access to it. But usually you should get a fast response on the forum.

If you want to change all colors to a different one you should edit the images and convert them to a different color, also you’d have to make some changes in the css files. It can be done 🙂

The template comes with 4 different menu types. JA Split menu, JA Css menu, JA Moo menu and JA Dropline menu

Hope this is all the information you need, if you have further questions feel free to ask. Hope we see you soon on the forum 🙂

Thank you bennitos for making it so clear. I believe such answers from an existing Developer member will have more weight than the JA official staff.
@lycaon if you have any question, kindly let us know.

Just to make sure, when you purchase a membership here, you do not buy only one template. A membership entitles you to also use any other template available on the number of domains coming with the membership,.

This also makes it possible that you can move certain design or layout attributes from any other template to JA Sanidine. You will have access to all the JATC Templates including the extensions that come with the products and also to the forum for sure.

As example: You can download JA Sanidine and when you like the header of JA Quartz and want to implement this into JA Sanidine, than you can also download this template and move the codes and stuff, with or without help from other members, to the template you choose, in your case JA Sanidine.

Purchasing a developer membership entitles you to also download the extensions in the locked area of the download section only, to use templates on unlimited number of domains and you can remove the copyrights inside the template files plus the footer copyright and “designed by Joomlart.com” note without any extra cost. When you choose the JATC single membership you can buy the copyright removal option for I think currently 40$ on top of the membership fee.

    Much fun with your project!

Enjoy your stay at Joomlart. You will find, like many of us, that JA staff is improving all the time and taking in consideration ppl recommendations when creating templates. :). Also, many of the developpers and regular users usually assist with your problems on the forums 🙂

    Cheers
