I just purchased a subscription to Joomlart, and posted an issue on the forum at https://www.joomlart.com/forums/topic/uber-modules-showing-no-information-after-upgrading/. I see the option for the Premium Ticket, which I would like to purchase, however when doing so – I’m seeing the following screen. Can you please let me know how I can purchase this? The ticket is time-sensitive, and I’m happy to pay the extra for the premium support – but the site is not letting me. This is what I’m seeing…
