I think you misunderstand the meaning of “Demo Content” a bit. It is up to you what to do with such template. You can take this one and make a model site out of it also when JA Quartz was presented as a model template. Same you can do with JA Quartz, you can simply bring over the content of JA Cooper into JA Quartz and have a Demo Car Site with that one…
None of the templates here are designated for only one purpose or the purpose as presented in the demo only. Also, anyone who has a car dealership will never use the demo material for the own site, alone from legal perspectives, but will change all the content to the own one. Same with JA Quartz, a model agency will use none of the pics shown but will replace all those with own ones. A shop owner will also in no case use the demo content in the VM Templates for the own shop.
I think, especially for RE, you are on the wrong way to utilize template demo material or recurring template content like ones you get from the numerous listing system with premade websites. I saw so many prebuilt RE Agents sites all over the nation that are all looking the same, as they all use the same software with same look, same stock images etc.. This is massware and a good Agent or Broker has to stand out of the crowd.
Replace the content, in your mind alone already, when you can, with your desired content and you will see. Never see the demo content as the one and only purpose of the product, it is just one example of a possible use. It is all about the layout and the design not the stock images used in the demo content, the demo images are there just for the presentation of the template, how it can look later, may look later, is one possibility of a final product with the template…
[Please note: I made this one just to show (not to show off, as it is just a simple arrangement) that also for Real Estate this template will fit perfectly, as it was mentioned that such template should be presented with Real Estate Demo content! To avoid misconceptions: This animation is not released by Joomlart.com as an official preview to the JA Cooper Template and it’s current content has been arranged for presentational purposes only, there is no live site, no prototype, no nothing but a PNG consisting of preview file and some added content picture files, overlaying it. This animation shall serve to show further possibilities and was digitally created with Microsoft PictureIt10 utilizing the JA Cooper Theme Carbon JPG attachment to this thread.]

To make this image you’ve inspired Ja Cooper?

I do not know what you exactly mean, like I wrote, I just took the JPG Picture file and added some content on it. I took screenshots and cut those, placed them with PictureIt on the JA Cooper Carbon Theme picture file I saved on my desktop and nothing else. I do not make a site with that, neither I have anything more on content than posted by Joomlart.com here in the forum for this preview and some screenshots I made from other sites. This is only done with the available picture files in this thread and some 3rd party content. I made this one just to show that also for Real Estate this template will also fit perfectly, as it was mentioned that such template should be presented with Real Estate Demo content.

Food is most important in life, some people still say “Money is not all, there is more in life…” Yet food and enough food to stay alive you can only buy with money, in the normal sense, so I say “Money is all, it buys me the food I need….:) and the rest is fun.Want to showcase or sell cars? Need a system for that for Joomla…check out http://www.ezautos.biz
Those are the ones that definitely there for Joomla, there might be others, better or worse or same good, bad, I haven’t tested any of those programs, so check them out to see more…Thanks!

January 27, 2009 at 11:11 pm #288538All I can say is WOW!!! After trying many of the templates you have available, this one looks like it will suit my needs perfectly. Can’t wait to try it out!
One question… are the header and footer areas of the template fluid or fixed. I am sure hoping for fluid. Then it will be perfect!
Thanks!

January 28, 2009 at 11:18 am #288618In no case I want to make you sad, but when you mean the forum header, I guess and think that those titles/links are not related to each other.:((
Actually I can’t freely browse this site here to see what you mean with yellow header, THE SITE IS HORRIBLY SLOW AGAIN!!!! To post this message alone takes minutes…
When you really mean the yellow and blue header, the one link on the left is linked to the news about the current holiday break, the one in the middle refers from my understanding to the release of the 1st Magento theme and is linked to the new JM Purity thread while the one on the right is linked to this thread, as preview to the newest upcoming template.
I may say the – is meant to separate each own topic and thread…Yet an “-” would be better, but from what as far the template is about alone, I may say this one will not come with Magento.
When it would be, it could compete with the Magento themes we talked about in the Magento thread, would be perfect for any Car Accs. shop and so on.
January 28, 2009 at 10:45 pm #288732I think you need to make sure this template is also suitable for independent car sales companies who may be using it to list a large stock of frequently changing cars as well as dealerships wishing to showcase their range.
