January 24, 2011 at 4:30 pm #373499I have the same problem and your link didn’t help. I am trying to change the profile color to blue. I am on the Profiles tab. I click on Blue then click Apply. It says “Successfully saved data!”. I have also changed it on the Global tab by clicking on “default” and chosing blue. That works for some colors on the page, but not the menu. I know the menu “selector” is supposed to change colors because I can do it on your demo page.
What am I doing wrong here?

Is there some way I can email you the password so you can log in and fill out what’s going on. I’m really frustrated. I installed Portfolio on my localhost and I can change the color just fine. But on my website, I can change it, sort of. The graphics are blue but the menu stays solid dark gray instead of having the first menu item being blue.

May 19, 2011 at 7:07 am #391912Hi there,
did you solve the problem? Maybe you could help me too. i installed at two different servers, two different templates with quickstart. everything works but i got an error in the template administration. it tolds me, that the folder “/local..” could not be created. so i did it manually. the error disappeared. when i now try to change the template color, the note tells me it´s allegedly changed – but when i refresh the site, the settings are default again.
this happens at both of my websites :((could you please help me?
thank you!mirja
