Hello,

I discribe to you the problem :
At this url (https://www.souslaboite.com/sante/magnesium) and for all the k2filter module.

1 – A user ask a search checking a box or using range slider which give no result (file slb_1.jpg).
2 – He unchecks the box to display all previous items (here it’s products)
3 – Nothing’s hapen
4 – If he order an other search, k2 filter displays "loading" and give no results (slb_2.jpg).

I saw the url don’t change between steps 2, 3 and 4.
What can I do ?

Hi.

You can try to enable the Display item counter option in module configuration to see if the options had any item or you can try to index again.

And you can disable Ajax Filter Option to make the url change.

You can post your site url and admin info then i can check further.
