The permission of the files and folder does not seem to be correct.
Kindly set the permission as given here

Your site is not accessible, but i checked via server and permission looks fine.
If you still getting the permission unwritable in the Joomla admin, kindly ask your hosting provider to fix it for you.
Let us know if you have any other issue after fix the permissions.

Please ask Joomlart if their template would work in PHP 7.x ?

The template will work fine with PHP7, If you noticed any issue in the template, kindly provide us details of the issue with description screenshot and URL where we can check it for you.

Also, make sure if you have any 3rd parry extension on site check whether they are ready for PHP7 or not.
