I’m afraid JA Comment only supports up to J3.0. I have raised this bug to our development team here. They will need time to check and fix this in the next version.

We are testing JA comment on Joomla 3.3.1 but do not face this issue in our dev server, could you please give me FTP account for debugging on your site, since it might occurred in specific setting of hosting.
I have just checked your site, it seem you are re-installing your site. Once done, please tell me, so I can check it again.
