Apologies if I have posted this in the wrong forum. I am working with JA Travel so thought this the best place to start looking for a solution.

I had problems installing the quickstart and the Installation support guys at JA got the template working (not sure how).

My problem now is changing the default template in any way. Whenever I hit apply I get the following message: “An Error has occurred when saving the default profile.. Operation failed: Failed to open file for writing”

I have checked the /templates/ja_travel/core/etc/profiles and the file permissions allow the default.ini file to be changed.

Any help would be appreciated.

hi dismoon,

There could be a permission issue occurred,you can go to Global configuration >> Server , you select to enable the FTP Options and enter your FTP Info there.
