Hi,

Changing the VM Category order to “Order” from the VM config has not result. Categories are still ordered alphabetically.

Please advise.

Hi Saguaros,

This is the page in French: http://www.dogbows.gr/fr/boutique-fr-fr/all-categories-fr-fr and in Greek: http://www.dogbows.gr/el/shop-el-gr/all-categories-el-gr
However, I just found out that in English the order is correct: http://www.dogbows.gr/en/shop-en-gb/all-categories-en-gb
Please advise.

Seems that these 2 pages have different types:

http://www.dogbows.gr/fr/boutique-fr-fr/all-categories-fr-fr
http://www.dogbows.gr/en/shop-en-gb/all-categories-en-gb

while Virtuemart doesn’t support ordering option in these 2 menu item types.

Could you try to re-create so that they have same menu type?

You are right! How did I miss that?!
Conclusion: Order works ONLY with VM Homepage and not with Categories.
