Hi
It looks like you updated Joomla before updating the template and resulted in this error.
Kindly go to PHP Myadmin open the database and find _template_styles
Now ser the isis as default template as mentioned here.
Now update the JA Admin template to the latest version and then set this template to default.

Did you set the isis as admin template?
Once you set it will not use the JA admin template and the error will not show.
I am not able to understand what you mean by the new user do not have this error.
Can u elaborate more on this?

Sorry, but i am not able to understand your last reply.
Could u please apply the suggestion i suggested via phpmyadmin and change the template style to isis.
And after this step update the template to the latest version.
This will help you to fix this issue.
