Hi, I get something like http://assam.charitytrust.org.uk/installation/installation/…/index.php and a get a error page saying ‘Make sure you’ve got the right URL: http://assam.charitytrust.org.uk‘ with Ja_Charity as well as JA_purity as well. Please help.

You will need to extract quickstart files into your public_html root folder then launch your website url from your browser http://assam.charitytrust.org.uk

Thanks – slight confusion. I have extracted to the subfolder within the public_html to which the domain mapped to. If I extract in the public_html itself I am confused how it will work. This is CPanel server.

If you extracted into subfolder then the url will be http://www.yourdomainname.xxx/subfoldername/ it is weird that it doesn’t works it is more simple than it appears.
