Hello,

We have a working Disqus comments on our site and would love to import existing comments.

I have tried to import the comments, but it does not work.

I have tried several times now but I always get this error: “Please select xml file of disqus comments”

Why is it not working?

Attached is the exported disqus xml file.

Have you looked at the set up info in the WIKI?

Yes we have looked there, but couldn’t find any solution there for our problem.

I beg to differ.
I just searched and found the set up information for importing Disqus on this age about 3/4 of the way down the page. It’s entitled XML Import and Export
Maybe you just read the first page and didn’t follow the links at the bottom to what you needed?
