Hi,
When adding new menu to mainmenu, it giving following error(screenshot attached): –

Hi
The problem seem to be from your Joomla DB ,
Try this > Go to extension manager > Manage > Database > Fix the DB error if you found . Clean your Joomla cache and check .I found some link of error like your on Joomla Forum Here may be they also help u to solve this issue .
