what editor are you using? the default joomla one?

Depending on how your page is set up as well could be an issue in the alignment.

Can you edit the content in the backend? Its a lot cleaner and easier.

HI, I am using WYSIWYG editor.
The Problem is not with the alignment of text, it is with the editor in the backened,

first check is all the folders copied to your hd.beacuse some times you will lost graphics when the css file misplace.or you can download JCE component editor from http://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downloads then change the editor type to JCE.
it can change from the backend of the joomla.
globalconfiguration–site–defaultWYSIWYG to JCE
