I have created a database and upload the ja_teline_quickstart.zip file as usual with Cpanel and I got the following message

Forbidden
You don’t have permission to access /telinea/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.36 Server at Port 80

Can somebody tell me the reason and how to solve it? I really want to try the ja_teline with all the sample data rather than just the template and joomla original sample data (which I had no problem to upload) Thanks a lot[FONT=”Arial Black”][/FONT]

😉 I found out the solution myself and may be you can try for reference if you like my situation who cannot install the Ja-Teline quickstart package.

These are the unofficial steps
1.upload quickstart zip file as usual to the database that you created
2. extract the zip file (I am using Cpanel so just click on the file and extract it)
3. check all the files and make sure they are all in permission 755
4. Among all those files delete a file called .htaccess , and at the same time I also delete the folder quickstart and zip file quickstart since I extract all files now
5. go to the URL that you set your database and the install page will be there ready for you
