February 16, 2016 at 6:53 am #884098Hi @emusacchio,
It’s because in general, Joomla! uses jQuery v1.11.x but in the page that you see the problem, you use 3rd party extension com coupons that load jQuery v1.7.x which cause JS conflict.
Please try to contact its developer to see if it can work with latest version v1.11.x and disable the out-dated version which the component is calling.

March 13, 2016 at 5:43 pm #899066Thank you very much , unfortunately I have to use the template and the extension because they are customer requirements.
I’m trying to use another menu to see if I solve that problem.
The problem I have is:
1) as I remove the menu JoomlaArts ? I did not find in the modules .2) I can add a menu , in the same position as the original menu?
3) add the menu in the position departament , just to do a test . But it only works in the home , it is configured to display on every page .
Thank you very much for the help.

March 14, 2016 at 3:45 pm #899515Hi
You can check the older version of template on download page : http://prntscr.com/af5kbx
But Again Its problem from the extension you are using not from template .Older version does not make any effect Because Joomla! uses jQuery v1.11.x .
Hope it clear now . -
