Hello

I have installed JA Google Chart on a joomla 2.5.27 control panel but I have an issue in displaying the chart. More specifically when I am uploading manually a csv file everything works fine but when I am using the URL option the chart is not displayed.Could you help me?

HI there
Do you mean you are using external URL in configuration and it not works ?
In this case please check your server is allowed for out connect and php libraries are installed as well.

Hi thank you for your replay

Yes I am using an external URL and the chart is not displayed. How can I check if my server is allowed for out connect? I have a local apache server on Ubuntu.

Hi there,
# You can check your php error. If it display any errors or fatal errors than you can know it.
# Please enable curl & curl_ssl
And yes, of course. Please check your Server firewall.
