    Hi jamesweb,

Have you followed the installation guide via our wiki yet? http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Voice/Installation.
If not, please follow the guide and try again. Note that you do not need to install Ioncube anymore as the package is not encoded anymore.

If you still can not install JV, let me know your url/admin account and FTP access for closer look

Hi there, yes I followed exactly the manual install: http://wiki.joomlart.com/wiki/JA_Voice/Installation#Manual_Installation

Not sure what you mean by ioncube as I only have com_javoice to install and I assume that is done by the standard “Upload File & INstall” button which is where I get all those errors?

How do I send you FTP details in private? Also I am installing this first at a test directory so I will need to know how to solve the install when I switch it over?

    Thanks again
