    Hi,

I was trying to install ja_bistro_j31.zip and it failed after trying to upload.

After that happened, I am unable to access my /administrator page. My website is still visible but it’s not allowing me to get into the back-end.

I don’t want to re-install Joomla again on my site as I will have to repeat work.

Is there a way to check that I haven’t installed part of a plug-in which has broken the back-end?

Hope this is enough information, if you need anything else, please ask.

Did you have any backup of your site before installing JA Bistro template? If yes, please try to restore it.

However, as you mentioned, you failed to upload / install this JA Bistro template so the error can’t come from template. Have you installed any 3rd party extension recently? Please try to access ‘plugin’ folder in your server/hosting, rename folder of that extension (it means disable it), then try to log into backend again.

And also tell me details of error if you still can’t login.
