I am trying to install the quickstart for jatc_onepage_j25.
I get to the database configuration section, it tries to install then it stops and returns me back to the database configuration section, it does not give me any error.
Is there something i am missing here.
I have attached the screen shot showing where I am getting stuck.

I am wanting to install the demo version.

Hi there,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them what your MySQL database details which you need to enter during Joomla installation are.

If you feel uncomfortable with installing your JA Onepage Quick Start package on a remote host, please play first with installing it on your own personal computer, using XAMPP, for example.

Thank you Alex for the quick reply, I have installed joomla sites many times before but have never encountered this issue. currently talking to my host provider to see if they can assist. Is there a way to install joomla myself then upload the quickstart files or somehow use the “Install Sample database” option during joomla installation to install the JA OnePage demo site.
