    Hello there.

I downloaded the template for Joomla3.3 version, and when unpacking onto a sub domain, nothing was actually installed. I now have 1 menu and nothing else. The download was over 80meg bigs as well?

PLease me know what went wrong? Interested to see how long these support requests take as well. 🙂

    Kind regards,

    Shaun

    Hi there!

I am not sure I am understanding then? I just download Medicare template at 93megs big, unpacked and installed and the entire template looks broken again?

Are you saying I must just download template at only 1.5meg but? How will I get the framework and everything else installed as well then?

Could you explain to me what quick start is meant to be there. I created a brand new sub directory with new mysql database, down loaded the quick start Joomla3.3 version for 2 different templates and both of them look very broken?

I cant understand how just to download template will put joomla, framework and template in with all original images as per demo site? If you look at http://www.sharepointsystems.co.za/sp4 you will see what the installation looks like.

    Hi there
    # Quickstart used in case you want to get an install with sample database exactly like our demo.
To use quickstart you will follow installation like Joomla! and choose to install sample database at final steps.
    # But if you already have website . Than you need install template & plugin separate.

    Thank you,
    Viet Vu

Yep I did the right thing and both templates are very broken!

I created a new directory on http://www.sharepointsystems.co.za/sp4 and then downloaded full quick start package for both Nuevo and Medicare template.

I then uploaded, unzipped and ran the installation for both templates and added a new mysql database. Everything went smoothly but now look at http://www.sharepointsystems.co.za/sp4/ It does not look anything like the original site? This is the 3rd time I am going to have to try install the quick start files and they are not working at all?

Please help? You will see on the link that this is not working well for us?

    Hi there!

Thank you so much for the support. I did the installation again and at the last step i saw I could select sample data. You were correct and I apologise for missing that.

Thank you so much for helping me on this!!!
