I have downloaded and installed JA comments onto on my of JA registered domains.

However when attempting to install licensing for ja_comments i’m having problems such as :

The following error was encountered:

ERROR
The requested URL could not be retrieved

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.
