    Hi,

I discovered a problem with VM orders. I created a menu item showing Virtuemart Orders List. I created a user and made an order. While still connected I click on the List Orders menu (At bottom left): http://www.dogbows.gr/en/order-status and there are no orders. FYI: After the order submitted I could see the order if I click on the VM order message. Also the order is visible in Joomla Back End. Also if you are disconnected (logged out) at the Front End, there is a text box you can fill up, with the order number and this way you can search and see the order.

    Please advise.

    Thanks in advance.

I couldn’t see the list order menu item on your site.

I also tried to create a new menu item type of VM List Orders in my local site >>> login from frontend with Super admin account and still see the order list.

    Hi Saguaros,

The problem has to do with the order list when logged in as a shopper, not as admin.
This is were the menu item is:

This is how the list looks out (It’s blank, as you can see):

However, as you can see, the shopper in question has an order (This is the page called by the link after posting the order):

    Thanks in advance.

Did you try to switch default template (JA Hawkstore) to default Joomla template like Beez / Protostar? and see how it goes?

    Hi @saguaros,

I switched to Beez 3 and the problem is there as well.

    Hi,

I found the solution here: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=128415.0 and I post it here too, so if anyone else has the same problem to be able to fix it easily.
Just replace the file view.html.php at: components/com_virtuemart/views/orders with the one I attach and problem solved. I suppose they will fix it in a later version, however 3.0.6 has this problem. Maybe Joomlart could resolve it as a template override for the time being in the template, until it’s resolved by VM stuff.

    Take care you all. 🙂
