Hi ristovic,

For this case, please open templates/ja_rutile/css/template.css file, at about line 682, find following code:

div.module h3, div.module_text h3, div.module_menu h3, div.module_hilite h3, div.ja-box-br h3 {
font-size:175%;
margin:0 0 5px;
padding:8px 0 2px 15px;
}

Here you can change the padding attribute to your requirement.
