I have two problems when making the purchase:

1. – No Pop-Up appears that updates the cart.
2. – When I add data, select the country but not loaded States / Region.
I have enabled and JQUERY ajax Script by country.
What I can do?

I guess on your site jQuery is in conflict with JA Vintas Template. I would need to take a closer look at your site. Please include screenshot and your site URL here (and PM me with the login details) for further investigations.
