This is pretty old Joomla template which doesn’t support fully responsive layout like recent templates.

yes i know but i do not want to be responsive. just the same alignment (left or middle) both desktop and mobile.

Did you try to disable the layout for mobile device via template manager?

yes. and i have the alignment problem that you see in the picture. all layouts are in "default" (Handheld, Iphone,Android).
The problem is in template.css i think but i cannot find it

Pls try with this css rule:

.ja-box.column.ja-box-full { width: auto!important; }

add into ‘template.css’ file. Then clean all caches.
